Today's article on Cnn.com is just more evidence in the growing list of scientific evidence that being fit has a major impact on brain function. Researchers uncovered just exactly what there is about doing exercise that boosts brain power and memory. Exercise boosts brainpower by building new brain cells in a brain region linked with memory and memory loss. Exercise generated blood flow to increased blood flow in the areas consisted of a three month cardio program and produced cerebral blood volume changes. The Disciple's Cross

When we give our lives to God and become a Christian, God is constantly perfecting us bit by bit, and preparing us to live in Heaven with Him.
